MadisonMadison Elle Beer from Long Island, New York was an early music enthusiast. She started posting videos in 2012 of her performing covers of popular songs. Justin Bieber, a pop star, discovered her version of Etta's "At Last" within a few months and then shared it with his nearly 25 million fans on Twitter. The media attention that followed resulted in her signing a record deal with Island Records and a management arrangement with Bieber's manager next year. Beer was also featured in a minor role of an actress in Louder Than Words. This film, which was starring David Duchovny, premiered at the 2013 film festival. Her debut single, the poppy, melismatic "Melodies," also saw the light of day in the latter part of 2013.
